As of June 1st, 2007, the REACH regulation became valid in the European Union. It regulates the registration, evaluation, restriction and licensing of chemicals.
On the basis of the information available to us, all relevant materials and preparations of our products were pre-registered and/or registered within the prescribed period. Our products do not contain any materials which were classified as dangerous according to REACH.
As a so-called „downstream user“ we are not responsible for the pre-registration and/or registration of such materials. Yet, we follow our obligation to ascertain and pass on information.
